A leader who encourages people to achieve not only business objectives but also their personal goals, Jane is driven professionally by her desire to see businesses become more sustainable through effective use of talent, financial resources, systems, and processes. She aims to improve not only the bottom line but also the day-to-day experience for customers, staff and volunteers.

She is driven personally with the view of seeing a ‘fair go for all’, with a strong belief that education and support are key to providing people with a purposeful future.

Jane has held Board Roles at Peckys and WIPAN, and was CEO of Scouts NSW.
