The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provided by TELUS Health is a confidential counselling, coaching, and wellbeing service free for all Freshcare certified businesses, their staff and immediate family members. The service offers help to manage work and life experiences, issues or concerns that arise from time to time.

That’s why Freshcare has partnered with TELUS Health to bring you a holistic and comprehensive health and wellbeing program to help you feel great and be your best you!

The service offers professional, confidential coaching and support, which is free for you and your eligible family members and staff.

What support is available?

TELUS Health One is the place to go for all of your health and wellbeing needs, with everything at your fingertips.

Whether you’re facing a challenging situation at work or you would like coaching to help you enhance your overall wellbeing, the TELUS Health team is here to help.

  • Find tools and resources, book appointments, or connect with clinical professionals for more specialised support.
  • Get a deeper understanding of your current health and wellbeing by taking some of their clinical health assessments.
  • Get recommendations for achievable goals and relevant resources.
  • Take a self-guided MyCare program, consisting of videos, articles, and exercises for you to work through at your own pace.
