Allan Dall

With two decades of experience in commercial, technical, and finance roles, Allan has a unique and unparalleled understanding of the challenges and requirements of the agribusiness sector.

His specialties include IT infrastructure architecture and implementation, accounting and finance, quality assurance management, business leadership, and lean manufacturing.

Allan has had a keen interest in horticulture since he was a teenager, having worked in landscaping and garden centers before obtaining a Bachelors in Horticultural Science and Marketing at WSU in 2004. He then went on to join Barden Produce as a business manager before joining the Freshcare Board in 2012.

Allan is currently CEO and Managing Director of The Glue, a business and technology consultancy firm that allows him to work on his passion of bridging the gap between horticulture and modern technology.

Allan is also an avid skier and traveller and his secret talent for dance saw him cast as Peter Van Pels in the Sydney Dance Company’s production of The Diary of Anne Frank at the Sydney Town Hall in his younger years.
