Graham has worked in the agriculture food supply chain since 1980 and was instrumental in developing systems and education packages for producers and supply chain partners as a horticulture technical officer for the WA Department of Agriculture.

He has delivered training for Freshcare certification programs since their inception, and is a sessional lecturer in food safety, HACCP and systems risk management in Agribusiness with Curtin University in Western Australia.

Not only is Graham passionate about helping systems meet grower needs, he is also a celebrated mentor for young people coming through the industry. This is reflected by the fact that his mentee Mark Castalleni was involved in the discovery of eleven new species of spiders and named one of them after Graham.
