For the past 15 years Palmer Produce Management has specialised in food safety and environmental management systems in the fruit and vegetable industry. We are based at the Adelaide Produce Market, but offer consulting and training throughout South Australia and nationally.
Paul and Robyn are both Freshcare trainers and registered as HACCP facilitators with Exemplar Global. We are also SQF consultants. Before starting our own consulting/training business we worked in the family market garden, packing shed and in the Adelaide produce markets.
