Melanie Schwarz has worked in varying roles within the Food Safety & Quality industry since approx 2005. This includes consulting, auditing and Freshcare training.
Melanie grew up on the family farm in the Adelaide Hills. She understands and appreciates the challenges that face all businesses in the industry.
Melanie is committed to ensuring that once you have completed the training you will have a solid understanding of the Freshcare standard and feel confident in the implementation.
Training can be completed face to face, online, in groups or individually.
Melanie is located in SA however can deliver training to all other states and territories as required.
