Freshcare operates with a forward-thinking approach ensuring its Standards meet current and future needs of the horticulture, wine and supply chain industries to maintain ongoing market access.
Freshcare CEO Jane Siebum says through recognising areas which require dedicated resources, the new roles will further support projects and initiatives focused on Freshcare’s Standards, customer service and industry collaboration.
“Freshcare is entering into a new and exciting phase of leadership, with a team of experts who are passionate and committed to delivering solutions to our participants and valued stakeholders,” said Ms Siebum.
David Jordan, Chief Operations Officer brings to the organisation an impressive fresh food industry resume, representing likes of Oysters Australia, Max Brenner Australia, HS Fresh Food Group, Driscoll’s, Costa Group, Coles Group, Baskin-Robbins Australia and Australian Blueberry Growers Association.

Courtney Medutis, Head of Assurance joins Freshcare with over 15 years of experience spanning large corporate organisations to small, service-oriented businesses. Her extensive background allows her to effectively address both strategic business visions and operational details, identifying gaps and strengthening processes.

“As Head of Assurance, I will continue to drive positive change, empowering our stakeholders to lead with confidence supported by Freshcare programs.”
Angela Steain, Head of Product & Engagement has been working within the industry for over 20 years and is also the daughter of green-grocer. As a professional with fresh produce “in her blood”, Angela has seen much positive progress throughout the industry during this time.
