Border restrictions in Tasmania and potential impacts on audit schedules
Freshcare is aware of the mandate issued by the Tasmanian Government today in response to COVID-19 and restrictions in place from midnight, Friday 20 March, requiring all non-essential travellers arriving in Tasmania to quarantine for 14 days.
This may impact Freshcare audits for businesses operating in Tasmania. We are working closely with Certification Bodies to ascertain potential impacts to audit schedules.
The initial focus is on audits scheduled in the next 2 weeks, then the following 2 weeks. If you have any specific questions regarding an upcoming audit in the next 2 weeks, please contact your Certification Body directly in the first instance.
We at Freshcare are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation at both a Federal and State level and are acting as quickly as possible to minimise the impact to Freshcare Certifications.
