A number of customer groups (packing sheds, marketing groups, wholesalers etc) now subscribe to FreshcareOnline. This service was established at the request of Freshcare members, to enable customers the ability to easily confirm supplier certification and access copies of Freshcare Certificates without the need for Freshcare members to fax / post them out to all their customers.

The customer aspect of FreshcareOnline has been developed specifically as a tool to assist customer groups, manage their approved suppliers easily and efficiently. With over 5,000 active members of the program, Freshcare recognises it has an important role to play, not only in supporting its grower members with their on-farm certification, but also in facilitating information flow throughout the supply chain.
